<p>Develop the skills and knowledge required to develop, implement, manage and evaluate risks in a range of contexts across an organisation or for a specific business unit or area.<br><br></p> <p><b>Learning Outcomes</b></p> <ul><li>Identify the fundamentals of risk management principles, framework and processes <li>Establish the risk context within an organisation <li>Identify, analyse and select appropriate treatments <li>Select and implement strategies for treating risks and setting priorities for the effective management of risks including monitoring and review <li>Develop a risk management plan.</ul></li> <p><b>Who Will Benefit?</b><br/><br/> This program is particularly useful for:</p> <ul><li>Managers <li>Supervisors <li>Team leaders <li>Those aspiring to management positions <li>Individuals wishing to have their existing skills and knowledge recognised <li>Individuals wishing to extend career path options.</ul></li> <p>This course is a part of the Diploma of Leadership and Management course but can also be undertaken as a stand-alone course.
