<p>Strategic Management for Turnaround has been developed in conjunction with <em>Turnaround Management Association Australia (TMA)</em> and the University of Technology Sydney, and enhanced with specialist presentations provided by leading industry practitioners from the TMA. All course participants are advised to obtain this reading material independently</p> <h4 id="assessment"><br>Assessment</h4> <ul> <li><p>1 hour mid program short answer test - end Day 2</p> </li> <li><p>20 minute case study presentation - end Day 3</p> </li> <li><p>Take home exam - 4 weeks to complete</p> </li> </ul> <p>Exams must be submitted by the due dates set by lecturers. If you are not able to submit your exams response by the set date, a Supplementary Exam will be organised and offered to you for cases of illness, or misadventure.</p> <p>The Supplementary Exam procedure enables successful completion at a later exam date.
