<p>The Accounting for Turnaround program is a specialist course to provide familiarity with the accounting processes and conventions essential to reviewing and managing business activities, especially those involved with the management of a firm being re-organised. If you are not able to submit your exams response by the set date, a Supplementary Exam will be organised and offered to you for cases of illness, or misadventure. All TMA successful completions attract RPL and credits in other award courses of the University. As such, TMA exams must follow all standard University exam protocols. The Supplementary Exam procedure enables successful completion at a later exam date. Failure to attend or submit requirements for completion – either Final Exam, or a Supplementary Exam, will result in a fail for that subject.Resitting the course will attract a course fee – please email <a href="mailto:tiffany.yee@uts.edu.au ?subject=Accounting for Turnaround Assessment">tiffany.yee@uts.edu.au </a>:</p> <h3>About the Presenter</h3> <p><b>Peter Wells</b> has over ten years’ experience in teaching financial reporting and accounting regulation, and continues to pursue an active teaching involvement in the area. His research interests lie in financial accounting and accounting policy choice, especially earnings management, management compensation and intangible assets.
